What does that mean for our current students and our alumni? As you know, the business community is increasingly bombarded by information in this interconnected world. In order to flourish in a complex environment, our students must be able to evaluate information critically, work effectively with others in teams, and communicate clearly to customers and co-workers all over the globe. These initiatives advance us toward our goal of becoming a top 25 undergraduate business school with excellent, focused graduate programs. An enhanced undergraduate curriculum provides greater rigor and a more personalized experience for our students. And construction is underway on the Farmer School’s new building, which is scheduled for completion in 2009.
Our totally redesigned 14-month full-time MBA program matriculated its third class in May 2007; we will introduce an Executive MBA program at Miami’s planned Voice of America Center in West Chester Township in 2009.
These developments will provide increased visibility for the Farmer School and wider recognition of the excellent education we afford our students. Our continued achievements, we hope, will give you new reasons to feel proud of your alma mater.
