The Buck Rodgers Business Leadership Program can help you become the leader you want to be! We identify opportunities for study and service and provide interaction with business professionals; you design the program to fit your personal goals.
Students who plan to major or minor in business may apply to the program during the first semester of their sophomore year. We choose about 60 students each year on the strength of their experience, essays, and recommendations. In addition, we review applicants’ involvement in other organizations to determine that they are able to give ample time to this program.
This voluntary, noncredit program enhances your formal education. It builds on Miami's commitment to developing the process of leadership rather than thinking of leadership in terms of position.
