Finance
Tom Boulton joined the Department of Finance in 2007 after completing his Ph.D. in Finance at the University of Pittsburgh. He also holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from The Ohio State University.
Prior to joining the Farmer School of Business, Dr. Boulton held a visiting position at Indiana University and taught at the University of Pittsburgh. His research interests include initial public offerings, international finance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Dr. Boulton’s professional experience includes eight years as a management and information technology consultant.
