Parking for the Farmer School

When parking your car at Miami University, it is important that you obey all posted signs and designated parking restrictions. Visitors who do not park in the North Quad Parking Garage must obtain a parking permit when visiting Miami University and the Farmer School of Business. A visitor parking permit can be obtained from Parking Services and often from your FSB contact. For parking areas most accessible to the Farmer School (Laws and Upham Halls) visitor may try the following places:

• Roudebush Lot located between Roudebush and Laws Halls and accessed from High St. (30 minute limit)
• Spaces along Bishop Circle, accessed from Patterson Ave.
• Spaces along Laws Drive, accessed from High St.
• North Quad Parking Garage located behind Benton Hall, Pearson Hall and Psychology building and accessed from (1) N. Patterson near the Miami Inn or (2) Tallawanda Rd. A visitors parking permit is not required; the hourly rate is $.50/hour with a daily maximum of $5.00/exit. The lost ticket fee is $5.00. Visitors may pay park in designated parking lot areas (Pearson and Benoit Lots) before entering the garage but a visitors parking permit would then be required.
• Cook Field Lot, accessed from Patterson Ave.
• Pearson and Benoit Lots, accessed from (1) N. Patterson Ave. near the Miami Inn or (2) Tallawanda Rd.
