A Xerox DC480ST Digital Copier accessed by your individual five-digit code is available for your own use on a first-come-first-served basis. The copy limit on the Xerox is for no more than five minutes and/or 375 sheets of paper per visit. This copier is not for book copying or copying on transparencies. If your job exceeds the limitation or you simply wish to use the copying service available, please submit your work request to Cindy. Your department can receive a reduced charge for back-to-back copying if you complete one of the request forms available at the copier and leave it there.
A Minolta CF2002 Print/Color/Scan Copier is also available on a first-come-first-served basis between 7:00 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. You can scan to your e-mail as a PDF file only (editing will be available upon request). You do not need to use your five-digit access code for the scanner. All jobs that require special features need to be submitted to Cindy.
