Application Checklist

A complete application includes the following items:

Submit to the Graduate School

• Completed application (International students must download, complete and send the international application)
  • When selecting a program please choose "Managing Extended Enterprise"
• Application fee
• Two official transcripts from the college or university that awarded your baccalaureate degree (not required of Miami University graduates)
• Two official transcripts from each college or university in which post-baccalaureate study was taken, if any

Submit to the Professional MBA Program Office via email to reidkm@muohio.edu:

• Three Essays
• Resume
• GMAT test results (Miami's ETS code number is Q6W-8F-14)
• Submit two Letter of Recommendations to:

International students please note these additional required items:

• Certification that an undergraduate degree has been awarded
• Completed Miami University Confidential Financial Statement
• Official TOEFL score
