Director, MBA Programs
Brad came to Miami after retiring from The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G), where he had accumulated nearly 24 years of senior management experience in finance, accounting, purchasing and e-commerce operations. Before leaving P&G, Brad was the Associate Director for North American Purchases, as well as the Finance Manager for the North America Tissue and Towel division and Finance Manager for Procter & Gamble, Switzerland.
Brad, who holds an MBA from Indiana University, received his B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University. He resides in Oxford, Ohio.
Associate Director, MBA Programs
Tom Speh joined the School of Business as a faculty member in the Marketing department in 1976. He specializes in logistics management and supply chain management. During his 32 years at Miami, Tom has been chair of the Marketing Department, Associate Dean of the School of Business and has directed the Warehouse Research Center at Miami University from 1986 to 2000. He is past president of both the Council of Logistics Management and the Warehousing Education and Research Council.
Tom has received the Beta Gamma Sigma Distinguished Faculty Award for excellence in teaching and the Miami University Alumni Association’s Effective Educator Award. In two consecutive years he was awarded the MBA Professor of the Year Award by the MBA classes of 2006 and 2007. Tom is a frequent speaker at logistics and supply chain conferences around the world and holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Logistics from Michigan State University and an MBA and Bachelor in Business from Miami University.
Assistant Director, Professional MBA Program
Kristine Reid brings to her position a decade of experience in higher education, including roles in student leadership development, career services and advising. During her years at Miami, Reid has been responsible for the Buck Rodgers Business Leadership Program by providing vision and strategic leadership in partnership with the Farmer School of Business, while designing and implementing programs to support student development.
Prior to joining Miami, Reid served as a corporate trainer at the Cincinnati-based Hubert Company. Reid earned a B.S. in psychology from the University of Cincinnati and pursued graduate work at Miami University, completing an M.Ed. in educational leadership with a concentration in student development.
Support Staff
Paula has been an employee of Miami University since 2000. Prior to accepting the position with the business school, Paula worked in University Administration where she was responsible for revising, editing and proofing official university documents, including the school’s policy and information manual, the student handbook and other related activities. Before joining Miami, Paula served as the Administrative Assistant for the Hancock Park District in Ohio.
