With the debut of its web site, Miami University’s Professional MBA program is officially open for applications. Classes, which begin in August, 2009, will be held at the university’s Voice of America Learning Center in West Chester Township, north of Cincinnati.
The new evening program, which can be completed in two years, is designed to meet the needs of working professionals. It builds on the resources and strengths of Miami’s Farmer School of Business: excellence in teaching, global perspectives, close relationships with faculty members, and a powerful business network. Classes are small and interactive, and are led by outstanding Oxford-based faculty members.
The curriculum focuses on skills needed to excel in business. Its case-based approach cultivates cross-functional understanding and the decision-making required for positions of broad authority.
A series of information sessions, to be held at the VOA Learning Center, will further describe the program and its contents. These sessions will take place:
The learning center is at 7847 VOA Park Drive, just off Tylersville Road.
Online registration for the information sessions is available on the MBA website, www.fsb.muohio.edu/mba. Further information is at 513-529-2936.
