Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. recently elected Andrea Saia as its board director. Saia has many connections to the Farmer School of Business as an alumna and member of the school’s Business Advisory Council.
“Andrea is a proven leader with an impressive track record of success,” said Farmer School Dean Roger L. Jenkins, the Mitchell P. Rales Chair in Business Leadership. “We extend our hearty congratulations. Not only is this an immense honor for her, it’s a testament to the far-reaching value of the solid business education.”
Currently, Saia oversees global vision care in the Alcon division of Novartis AG. Before taking this role, Saia served as president and chief executive officer of Novartis subsidiary, Ciba Vision Corporation. She has also worked in marketing and management at Revlon and Procter & Gamble.
Saia earned an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Miami University.
