Minor in Decision Sciences

Use of the quantitative and statistical models and computerized information systems to support management decision making is growing in all areas of business. This minor provides an introduction to basic decision sciences concepts and to major quantitative and statistical methods employed in support of decision making.

Program Requirements

  1. Take 18 hours total
  2. Take the following core courses:
    • MTH 151 Calculus I
    • DSC 205 Business Statistics
  3. Take the following advanced courses:
    • DSC 305 Applied Regression Analysis in Business
    • DSC 321 Quantitative Analysis of Business Problems
  4. Take at least 3 credit hours from the following:
