APPLYING

1. Fill out the initial application of interest here (FSB must send a nomination in your name).

2. Once you have been nominated, please bring the following documents to Jing Liu, Ass't Director of FSB Int'l Programs, in 1022 FSB

• Submit and print out copy of online application form
• One recommendation letter from Dr. David Yen
• Official academic transcript
• Resume
• Photocopy of passport
• Two passport photos

Application Deadlines:        Fall: February 15

                                          Spring: October 1

GET READY TO GO

• Begin deciding on your classes, and working with the Chair of the appropriate academic department to get pre-approval
• Fill out a Study Abroad Declaration Form
• Book your flight
• Obtain passport and visa
• Purchase HTH health insurance
