INTRODUCTION

The most prestigious educational research institution in southern Taiwan, National Chung Cheng University (CCU) consists of seven different colleges. Taiwan is an excellent place to study traditional Chinese culture as well as business, and like Hong Kong, serves as an ideal travel hub. Students will be taking courses in their Asia Financial Innovation Certificate Program.

All students applying for the Miami-CCU exchange program will automatically be considered for a special Miami-CCU scholarship that includes a monthly teaching assistantship stipend. Students are also encouraged to apply for additional scholarship awards through National Chung Cheng University.

APPLYING

1. Fill out the initial application of interest here (FSB must send a nomination in your name).

2. Once you have been nominated, please bring the following documents to Jing Liu, Ass't Director of FSB Int'l Programs, in 1022 FSB

• Two copies of the application form with two passport photos
• Two copies of official academic transcript
• Two recommendation letters (one from Dr. David Yen)
• Study proposal in Chinese or English
• Financial statement (proof of sufficient financial support for the student's expenses during the duration of the exchange)

GET READY TO GO

• Begin deciding on your classes, and working with the Chair of the appropriate academic department to get pre-approval.
• Fill out a Study Abroad Declaration Form
• Book your flight.
• Obtain passport and visa.
• Purchase HTH health insurance.
