  • LOCATIONS:  Dalian; Suifenhe; Shanghai; Beijing; Hohhot in Inner Mongolia; Xi'an; and Hong Kong.

  • INFORMATION SESSIONS: Information sessions for summer 2013 programs have ended.

  • APPLICATIONS: Applications are now closed for the Summer 2013 program.

  • PROGRAM COSTS:   Projected tuition and fees are paid to Miami but are subject to change.
    • Program fee: $6,000.00 Subject to change. Covers airfare from JFK New York airport, all intra-country transportation, many meals, all housing, entrance fees, etc.
    • Tuition amounts: In-state $4,262.60. Out-of-state $6,903.00. Subject to change. NOTE: Out of state tuition has been reduced for all FSB Summer Study Abroad programs.

  • PARTICIPANTS:  Limited to 26 students.

  • PRE-REQUISITES: Junior standing (58+ hours by May 2013), a 2.60 GPA (by January 2013), and MKT 291.

    NO STUDENT MAY PARTICIPATE IN A FARMER SCHOOL OF BUSINESS SUMMER WORKSHOP WHILE ON DISCIPLINARY PROBATION.

  • PRE-DEPARTURE SPRING MEETINGS:   Attendance is MANDATORY and topics address cultural, historic, and economic topics as well as travel tips. Meetings will be held on Wednesday evenings beginning at 5:30 - 7:30 pm in FSB 0039.   Students are not to schedule any spring classes during this time.

  • SCHOLARSHIPS: Farmer School of Business scholarships are available to help with the tuition cost for those who show need.  No application is needed as all students are automatically checked for eligibility.
